What we collect
When you book an inspection we store your name, phone number, email address, address, chosen service, optional property size and message. We also store the IP address the request came from.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to carry out the inspection, provide a quote and deliver the agreed service. The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps prior to contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b). The IP address is processed to prevent abuse of the booking form under legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f).
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted within 12 months. IP addresses are deleted within 90 days. Data relating to invoiced work is retained for as long as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires.
Processors
We use subprocessors for website hosting, calendar and email. A data processing agreement is in place with each, and all processing takes place within the EU/EEA.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you may object to processing. Contact post@everestrenhold.no. You may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
